I would like the ability to see at a glance certain support measurements for our org. Things like MTTR, or number of tickets open this month, number of tickets closed, number of tickets per status. I can't think of every potential report I may want, so if you let us build our own based on key fields and date/trend style reporting we can self serve.
Reporting and dashboard management is on our Roadmap and we are working through possible scenarios at this time.
