I like having this portal vs. the old one...great improvement!
Story:
As a customer, I would like to see a column that lists the name of project(s) so that I can view all WOs from a certain project grouped together. The name of the project should be a filter also. I think about this in the format of Jira --all tasks rolled up to one Epic. Ideally, the filtered listing could then be exported into .xls or .csv.
A future release of MyPortal will include the engagement id in the work order listing. The engagement id indicates a group of work orders from a contract or sales order. This should allow you to see (via sort) work orders that are a part of this group/larger project.
