update to allow filtering by submitting user/contact

I'd like to be able to track tickets submitted by each of our key users. Filtering/ordering by the person who submitted the work order would be helpful for visibility, prioritization, and planning.

    You are able to now sort and/or filter by the contact within the work order listing.
