McLeod Customer Portal Ideas
When signing into the McLeod Customer Portal for Work Orders, this should either default to Open work orders, or allow you to choose your default view.
Also, when you leave the screen, it resets the view - very frustrating.
Check out the new portal! We have a new Open work order tile and a recently closed work orders tile. You can also set your default filters when looking at all work orders.
