Ability to select or enter additional contacts when entering work orders

When entering a work order have the ability to add additional contracts to the request. I would like additional people within the company to be aware that the request has been entered and receive updates, I may be a key user but have a non-key user having the issue and want the included on any email replies, I have an outside IT that I needed included on the messages.
