Tickets should include information on what changes made and on what dates.

We find our tickets do not typically contain any information from Mcleod staff as to what changes they made as a result of the ticket. That information is sometimes given verbally or not shared at all, including what changes in functionality. This limits the usefulness of the system in general.

What was discussed

What changes were made

Were changes made in DEV, PROD, or just a single item

What validation was performed from Mcleod side.
