See technician comments as to status of issue if not resolved and also the steps taken so far.

I just got into the site today and look forward to learning about it. I have read some of the improvement ideas and applaud them. My insight is more in regards to new work order and may be a help desk item as opposed to idea. I tried to create a work order and got an error "failed to fetch". This leads to the improvement... If there are character limitations or some other constraints, they should be outlined at the start. If there are none, then the "failed to fetch" needs to be examined. I submitted the work order via email instead. Thanks for providing a forum for ideas.
Jeanette - thank you for your idea, we appreciate the feedback. While the capability is built into the portal, we are currently updating our procedures to provide more valuable feedback within the comments section.
