Other Charge Codes

It would be nice to be able to select to update or choose not to update the Change within the Auto rate or recurring order.

my Request # 1860126 where I asked questions about the Other Charge Codes and updates.

I understand that you would never want to update a processed record that used the original other charge code information.

Most of the time when updating an Other Charge code, a user would want that change made to the Other Charge Code to follow for future use where the Other Charge Code is used.

When I made changes to several other charge codes, it took a lot of time to manually update each record in Recurring order or in Auto Rate where that Other Charge Code is used.

Being given the option to make the updates within the Master files would be a great option.
