McLeod Customer Portal Ideas
Only the last 50 work orders are visible in the portal. I would like to see all of them so I can use them as a resource. Also if the person assigned would have to put a comment in for resolution it would be a great tool to use!
After further review of this request, we will not be pursing this change. Limiting the list to 50 at a time is mostly due to performance. We do, however, plan to add ways to filter the data more easily and also export the data which may help you accomplish what you need. Thanks for your submission!
We have a release this weekend that will allow you to click next and go through the entire list of your work orders. We are working on a process change that will help with resolution notes being shown in the portal. Thanks for your feedback.
