Add list of modules, including licensed and available

I would like to see a list of all the available modules, with checkboxes to show me which ones we have and which ones we don’t. From there, have the ability to click on any module name and get a description, or take me to additional information about that module so that I could determine if it would be useful for me, and then from there, be able to contact someone at McLeod for a quote.
