See who submitted the email requesting the work order in a column

Follow up internally to verify if issue has been resolved or if the submitter handled it on their own or was submitting a ticket in error.

    I would prefer this to be a Customer entered field for the Request owner at our company. Only key users can submit a ticket, but most of the time, the person at our company who owns the issue is someone other than the one that submitted the ticket. If this is a field we can enter, it could be for the Submitter or Owner, whichever the company prefers.
