It would be great if the filters I set to see the list of open items were still set when I return from looking at a ticket.
Example:
User sets a filter 'Status' to 'Open'
The list of Open tickets only is displayed
User clicks on random ticket '12345' and reviews the work going on there
User then goes BACK to the list of open tickets to find that the filter they had set prviously is now cleared and the list of everything is displayed.
You can set preferences for your work order list by clicking on the Welcome note in the upper right hand corner and saving your options.
