Make Billing Distance be able to be 2 decimal places instead of just one.

More and more of our customers are going to billing miles of 100ths. We can only input in as 10th's. IE: Miles we can put in is 10.1 miles. Customer uses 10.159 or 10.15. Our fuel ends up being off by like .01 every time.

Remove the customer's ability to add a Comment to a Completed Work Order

ARMs do not scrub Work Orders that have a Resolution Note entered and have been marked Completed. The only notification we receive is an email notifying that a Comment has been added to the portal.

Ability to paste a screen shot into the customer portal instead of uploading the image

It would be faster for the customers to be able to copy a screenshot and paste it directly into the customer portal.

Add a method for customer to provide their priority for support items

Use the opportunity to get the customer's feedback on the relative priority of their support tickets. It should be optional and not tied to our Priority level in Raptor. Example attached
