Can you please make the column headers multi sort (high/low, a/z, date, etc). For example, I can sort my ticket type of open to the top and then click the date header to put in date order.

As a: client working our side of WO's I would like: to have a clear indication of "who has the ball" when working resolution of WO's So that: I can quickly identify which items require my attention
Only the last 50 work orders are visible in the portal. I would like to see all of them so I can use them as a resource. Also if the person assigned would have to put a comment in for resolution it would be a great tool to use!

Provide customizable dashboard widgets for reporting
I would like the ability to see at a glance certain support measurements for our org. Things like MTTR, or number of tickets open this month, number of tickets closed, number of tickets per status. I can't think of every potential report I may wan...
I noticed that when the tax documents are clicked it immediate downloads. I would recommend a viewer box of some sort or option to view/download be given.
Add function so that you could exclude in a certain column

Comments Page Improvements. Show comment description not code, show more of the comments
The comment codes likely do not mean much to the customer show the comment description. There is plenty of space to arrange the page to see more of the comment without having to drill down.
