Settlement Deduction to Multiple GL's

It would be helpful to allow a single settlement deduction to post to multiple GL accounts. For instance, if we only want to show one deduction for a truck wash but want to post the fee charged to a different GL account for tracking.

Remove the customer's ability to add a Comment to a Completed Work Order

ARMs do not scrub Work Orders that have a Resolution Note entered and have been marked Completed. The only notification we receive is an email notifying that a Comment has been added to the portal.
