Allow Attachments & Screenshots On Initial Work Order Submissions

I often include screenshots in my emailed support messages. It would be helpful to have that functionality on the portal.

Ability to paste a screen shot into the customer portal instead of uploading the image

It would be faster for the customers to be able to copy a screenshot and paste it directly into the customer portal.

Remove the customer's ability to add a Comment to a Completed Work Order

ARMs do not scrub Work Orders that have a Resolution Note entered and have been marked Completed. The only notification we receive is an email notifying that a Comment has been added to the portal.

Tickets should include information on what changes made and on what dates.

We find our tickets do not typically contain any information from Mcleod staff as to what changes they made as a result of the ticket. That information is sometimes given verbally or not shared at all, including what changes in functionality. This...
