update to allow filtering by submitting user/contact
I'd like to be able to track tickets submitted by each of our key users. Filtering/ordering by the person who submitted the work order would be helpful for visibility, prioritization, and planning.

Use combinations of Activity Status and Stage to create filters that make sense to the customer. For instance, Waiting / Response might show "Waiting on Customer" where Waiting / Ready might show "In Planning".

The less customers have to click to get to info, the more they will use this portal. Use icons or color to add context to the Status. Example is attached.

Future consideration
Can you please make the column headers multi sort (high/low, a/z, date, etc). For example, I can sort my ticket type of open to the top and then click the date header to put in date order.
