When signing into the McLeod Customer Portal for Work Orders, this should either default to Open work orders, or allow you to choose your default view. Also, when you leave the screen, it resets the view - very frustrating.

I noticed that when the tax documents are clicked it immediate downloads. I would recommend a viewer box of some sort or option to view/download be given.

The customer requested that I add an idea: Once you have done the search, you could go to certain columns and exclude them. For example, if you did a search of all locations but then could click on the column header and choose from a list of items...

The comment codes likely do not mean much to the customer show the comment description. There is plenty of space to arrange the page to see more of the comment without having to drill down.
